Please allow for 1-2 business days from when you submit your order to when it’s shipped out. We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times, which may happen on occasion.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please reach out at orders@futurewiseworld.com and provide a reason for refund and your order number. Please note – you will be responsible for the shipping costs and safe return of merchandise.
Refunds will be issued 3-5 business days after we received your return. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any shipping costs.
All returned (used or unused) products are not returned to inventory and are properly disposed of.
We cannot provide refunds or exchanges for purchases made outside our website. Please refer to the return policy of the retailer from which you purchased (e.g. Target).
